Dixon Hughes’ Graham Rogers Receives Prodigious MRICS Designation
Charlotte, NC, July 8, 2010 – Graham Rogers, a senior manager in Dixon Hughes’ Forensic, Litigation Support and Valuation (FLSV) practice and the firm’s Intellectual Property Consulting Services leader, has been awarded the designation of Member to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
The award was given for his experience in the field of intellectual property valuation. Dixon Hughes is one of the only accounting firms headquartered in the state of North Carolina to carry this designation within its service offerings and Rogers is one of the first individuals to be honored by RICS within its intellectual property category.
RICS credentials are awarded to individuals who meet the most rigorous education, experience and ethical requirements. The professionals who carry the designation are expected to demonstrate the highest level of accomplishment throughout their career while adhering to a strict code of ethics within the valuation field.
With more than 20 years of professional experience in assisting clients with their valuation and litigation needs, Rogers has been retained to value a variety of intellectual assets for litigation purposes, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, licensing arrangements, transfer pricing, and loan collateralization purposes. In addition, he is also certified as an Accredited Senior Appraiser for business valuation (ASA) by the American Society of Appraisers.
“As the largest accounting firm based in the Southern U.S., our clients expect us to provide them with a world-class list of services. Graham’s experience in the complex area of intellectual property has bolstered our FLSV service offerings,” said Matt Snow, managing member of the Charlotte office. “We are very proud of Graham’s accomplishments in the intellectual property arena and know that he will continue to be a leader within his field.”
