| Job Description: | Requirements for our Tax Senior Associate Position ••CPA with 3-4 years in public accounting, preferably Big 4 or National Firm experience ••Strong skills in FAS 109, C-Corporation Taxation, Flow Throw Entities and Multi-State Taxation ••Strong general accounting, including reconciliation of GL accounts ••Conduct tax research ••Experience with payroll, sales and use tax returns and Form 1099s ••CPA certification ••Above average communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop good rapport with managers and with clients |
