Due to continued growth, Dixon Hughes PLLC is currently seeking a Manager to join us in our Charlotte, North Carolina office in our Transaction Advisory Services practice. | Job Description: | ••Participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with both private equity and strategic corporate buyers ••Perform quality of earnings and quality of net assets analyses ••Analyze the financial operations of the target companies and identify issues that may impact the purchase price ••Understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies ••Communicate due diligence findings in a formal report ••Supervise junior staff and provide performance review feedback ••Develop and maintain strong client relationships/project management |
| Requirements: | ••6+ years of recent public accounting experience ••Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred ••Prior transaction advisory services experience is preferred ••Current CPA license required ••Demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence ••MBA or CFA is a plus ••Excellent communication skills (both oral and written ••Strong client relationship skills ••Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at a time ••Willingness to travel |
I have been given a lot of responsibility to interact with clients. Sometimes I work on teams with ten or more people and sometimes I take a lead role working one-on-one with a manager. The opportunities are abundant here.
